How to change my account information?

Here’s what you should know before you begin. 

  1. Any request involving a change of information must be verified through phone call and email, to ensure security breach.
  2. You’re required to send a notification email from your registered email.
  3. Other than phone number and email address, the rest of the account information are restricted from changes.
  4. Account information cannot be changed more than three times.

Step 1 : Send your information changes request to Baji’s official email inbox. You may refer below for the list of details required..

Step 2 : Contact our customer service support to request, and wait for our agent call.

Step 3 : Phone call verification will be conducted, you are required to provide details upon phone verification process.

Step 4 : Once your personal details changes were made, you shall receive an inbox message from your Baji account.

PS : Please ensure that the details provided are complete, as Baji will not proceed with the request if the details are incorrect or incomplete. 

How do I verify my personal information?

Here’s some simple steps to verify your personal information, please refer to the followings:.

Email Verification

Dekstop version:

Step 1 : Click in the [ Main Account ] on the right top, the page will turn into your [ Personal Info ]. 

Step 2 : Click the [ verify ] button on the side of the email address.

Step 3 : Go to your email inbox / spam inbox to get the verification code.

Step 4 : Enter the verification code and click [ Confirm ].

Mobile version:

Step 1 : Click in the [ My Account ] on the right bottom

Step 2 : Click the [ Personal Account ] from profile selection.

Step 3 : Click the [ Not verified ] button on the side of the email address.

Step 4 : Click on the [ Verify ] button.

Step 5 : Go to your email inbox / spam inbox to get the verification code.

Step 6 : Enter the verification code and click [ Confirm ].

Why can’t I receive any verification from mail?

It’s possible your mailbox / spam box is full, or your register email address format is incorrect.

Please make sure your mailbox has storage to receive mail and make sure your email address format is correct.

Note : You may contact our customer service to assist you, if you do not encounter any of the issues listed above.

Why can’t I receive any SMS for the verification code?

You may make sure your mobile phone signal is good for receiving SMS, or make sure the registered phone number is correct.

Why is phone verification required?

In order to protect the safety of the funds and personal details for our members, any changes beforehand need to be verified. 

Will the information provided be protected?

Yes. We have always taken the security of our member account into consideration, we will never share any of the information obtained.

How do I change my account password?

You can change your password at any time with the following steps:

1) Click on [My Account] on the top right corner
2) You should be able to change your password by clicking [Change Password]

The password should be hard to guess and you need to change it periodically. Please also make sure to keep your login details secret.
