How do I register an account?
New to BAJI? Learn how to sign up for an account on BAJI with the simple steps below.
In the [Sign Up] section, make sure of the few things you should know before registering.
- Please ensure that you’re using your current phone number and email address upon registration, as you will need to verify this information as your identity proof in the future.
- Make sure you select the correct currency, fill in your preferred username with no capital letter and blank.
- DO NOT multiple register accounts. Each person is limited to one account, we reserve the right to close the duplicate account permanently if found.
What you need to register on BAJI
Step 1 : Click on the main page in the bottom for mobile or APP. For the desktop, there will be a top right corner.
Step 2 : Follow the required instructions to enter your correct personal information.
PS: Please note that personal details such as Username, Full Name, Date of birth, and Currency CAN NOT be changed once registration is completed.

Q&A : What is the [ Refer Code] on the registration page?
A referral code is a unique combination of numbers, letters, or both, which are used as an identifier. It can be obtained from your friend or your referral if you have one. If you do not, you shall ignore it and proceed to the next step.
Log In
Encounter login problems, but do not want to contact our support team frequently? Yes, you can find the answer provided below.
Step 1 : Click on the main page in the top right corner for dekstop, for the mobile or APP, there will be at bottom.
Step 2 : Fill in your username and the password that you registered beforehand.
PS : Please make sure you enter the correct username and password to proceed. If you’d entered the incorrect password more than 5 times, the system would automatically lock the account.
Password is case sensitive, It should contains at least 6 characters with letters or Arabic numerals.
Do note that, login password SHOULD NOT be shared with anyone else, Baji will not take any responsibility if any circumstance happens when a customer exposes or shares their login credentials to any 3rd parties.
Why can’t I log into my Account?
It’s possible that the username / login password you entered are not correct.
If you’re sure that the account information you’d entered is correct, you shall close the site, please clear cache and try to login again.

What should I do if a prompt to restrict login appears?
- Locked – Due to multiple invalid login attempts (incorrect password for more than 5 times), system locked automatically.
- Suspended – Due to abnormal behavior of the account.

What should I do if I forget my password?
Don’t worry! Please follow the simple steps below to perform a password reset..
Step 1 : Click on the [ Login ] from the main page in the top right corner for desktop, for the mobile or APP, there will be at bottom.
Step 2 : Click on the [ Forgot password ], enter your username and email address, and click [ Reset Password ].
Step 3 : Go to your email inbox / spam mail inbox to get the new random password.
PS : If you do not receive any mail, please make sure you have not entered the invalid email address and make sure your inbox is not full.
NOTED : FOR ACCOUNT SECURITY, OUR SUPPORT WILL NOT PROVIDE THE NEW PASSWORD TO CUSTOMER MANUALLY.
